He explained what the problem was and how he would rectify it together with a quote which we accepted. We have had problems with this drain before. He returned a couple of days later with the requisite equipment. He described what they were doing and completed the repair which should be a permanent fix. They also cleared up after they had finished. Very pleased with the result and service.”
