“Mike was very quick to reply to my initial enquiry and booked me in for an appointment. He arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I found his prices to be more than reasonable, I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. He is extremely professional and I can't recommend him highly enough!”
“Unfortunately for us the work was started but never completed. Walked away from the job with no communication and left us with the rat problem, in this case the rats beat the rat catcher and now having to pay another company to do the job.”

Mike has always been so courteous and helpful when he arrives at our house and has been a few times over the last few years as we have a persistent starling issue in the loft which has led to bird mites. Unfortunately though, Mike has been unreliable and has abandoned rat investigation work a couple of times without any communication at all, leaving us with traps in the loft and no solution. It is a shame because when Mike turns up, he is really helpful but as I say, he has failed to turn up more than once and then failed to get back in touch afterwards. We have therefore found someone else
