The work was completed to a high standard, on time, to budget, and I was kept updated along the way. I highly recommend Stuart and his team.”
“Initially two built in wardrobes in alcoves we had and then under stairs storage cupboard and pull out shoe storage. The workmanship was so great and Stu and his team really easy to communicate with so we went on to have them complete a timber framed extension and fitting of a Wren kitchen. Stu managed everything relating to the extension and kept us well informed. His team are polite, considerate and clean and tidy. I wouldn’t use another carpenter and Stu has helped recommend other fantastic trades for work we need doing ie plumbing. I highly recommend Able Carpentry.”

We were looking for someone to fit internal doors and luckily we found Able Carpentry on this website. He offered a brilliant service, advising on doors, purchasing them for us and taking away the old ones, making things very easy. His standard of work is excellent and you could tell he is a perfectionist. He worked long days to get the work done and is a really nice person. We felt his price was very reasonable and would not hesitate to recommend him.
Have used Able Cable before, they are excellent in what they do and I would recommend them to anyone!
We had three interior doors fitted. The finish was excellent and we are delighted with the work. We would have no hesitation in recommending Abel Carpentry.
Excellent and friendly service from start to finish. Reasonably priced, reliable and high quality workmanship.

Richard was fantastic and fixed the creaky floor of an upstairs room in my house. Would recommend!
Richard fitted x4 internal doors for me which were not standard sizes. Work carried out to very high standard he came in got on with job made sure all areas were covered to minimise any dust also when completed cleaned and tidied up. Very impressed with work carried out would highly recommend to anyone requiring any form of carpentry work to give Richard a call also prices very competitive.
We had two internal doors fitted by Richard. We can’t recommend enough. Both fittings are absolutely superb. He is a very tidy worker and a thoroughly nice man.
Richard fitted us some Oak skirting board all round our living room and into the Conservatory, his precision to mitering and corners was spot on, I have never known such precise workmanship, he is such a proffesional and polite tradesman, clean punctual and loads of advice, all you need to do is book this guy, you wont need anyone else, second job he has done for us, thank you Richard.
Richard carried out a complete kitchen refurb for us, project managing from start to finish. Richard's workmanship is excellent, he is punctual, trustworthy and has a fantastic work ethic which is also shared by his regular trades(electrician,plasterer,plumber,tiler,decorator) used during the project. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Richard. Thanks for our wonderful kitchen, we love it! Jon & Penny.
Richard fitted 11 new internal doors for us with the minimum of fuss. All work was carried out to our satisfaction in a polite and friendly manner. Very glad we selected Richard to do this work for us.
