Detailed reviews
An electrical cable was damaged during the installation of an unvented pressurised cylinder. I was informed immediately that damage occurred but was told it was phone cable. Broadband was still working, so didn’t think much more of it. Later an electrician was testing our circuits and found lights downstairs were not working, so began fault finding. It turned out the damaged cable was the source, so it wasn’t phone cable after all. A&B agreed to pay the electrician for the work but delayed for weeks, and then only agreed to pay for the fix, not the fault find.
Simon did a fantastic job fixing a leak for me. Arrived as soon as he possibly could, job sorted neatly and efficiently. Many thanks, would recommend.
