Broadband was still working, so didn’t think much more of it. Later an electrician was testing our circuits and found lights downstairs were not working, so began fault finding. It turned out the damaged cable was the source, so it wasn’t phone cable after all. A&B agreed to pay the electrician for the work but delayed for weeks, and then only agreed to pay for the fix, not the fault find."
