"The builder appeared on time and had a chat to confirm the work required, and also offered some advice, then efficiently completed the work by mid morning. The result was brilliant, just as required and finished to a high standard (the tiles were removed and no damage was left behind to the remaining floor or skirting boards etc. and everything was left clean and tidy too). The communication was great beforehand, providing a price for the job and dates and times that weren't changed along the way."
