Ashley and his team have done great job on our main roof valley and also garage roof valley and ridge line. All previous deteriorated mortar was completely removed and disposed of and the property swept and left as they found it. All work completed as quoted, and on the scheduled day, with no hard sell for extra work. Also an honest appraisal of other parts of the roof that could not be seen from ground level.

Connor diagnosed and rectified a problem with my leaking extension roof, explaining clearly what the problem was and what was required to put it right. He and his team removed previously poorly installed flashing and replaced it with a much more robust installation. Connor and his team have done a superb job, fitting us in quickly and at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend him and won't hesitate to use him again

Ashley has now done 2 jobs for us. The first was repairing a "new" flat roof that was installed by another contractor which had started leaking. The original contractor "fixed" one leak but when the roof started leaking again he stopped answering calls, texts and emails. Ashley quickly identified the issues, explained what needed to be done and came and fixed it. The second job was some repointing and replacing some ridge tiles. All the work has been of a high standard and it is great these days to to find a trader who comes when he says he will, does a good job and charges a fair price. Highly recommended.

This is the second time we’ve used Ashley for joinery work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. He repaired our original wooden door and rotten sections of the garage door frame and replaced the wooden fascia.

Ashley and his team were brilliant. We’ve already booked him to come back and do more work. We needed some repairs on our heritage stone roof, which other roofers were saying needed a whole new roof, whereas Ashley was pragmatic and has done only what was needed. He’s also done some joinery work for us, on original heritage windows which had either been painted shut or warped over the years and weren’t shutting properly. They’ve all been removed, paint burnt off new locks fitted et cetera. It’s really great to find a local professional who is good at what they do, flexible, thorough, punctual and tidy, as well as charging a fair rate. Can’t recommend AC Joinery highly enough.
