I would highly recommend AC Solutions. We had 3 air conditioning units installed and the team were punctual, friendly and very professional. The work was completed to a high standard and they then took the time to explain how to use them and helped set up the app. They also left everything spotless. I am very happy with the outcome. Richard visited me initially and I was very impressed by his knowledge and willingness to provide exactly what was right for me without a hard sell. Pardon the pun but the whole team were a breath of fresh air. On installation day Joe, James and Harry were the best workmen I’ve ever employed…and I’m an old woman so have had decades of work being done in my bungalow. All of the guys explained everything, were professional and very clean and tidy. They worked very hard and are obviously happy with their job and proud of what they achieve. I also had a full demo of the air con. Nothing was too much trouble and they all did a brilliant job. I’m delighted to highly recommend this great team. And. I love the air conditioners. From first contact, AC Solutions team were a delight to work with. The initial appointment and survey was arranged quickly and conveniently. Richard was thorough in his inspection and came up with plans and ideas on the spot. The quote was clear and all inclusive. There were no footnotes about extras that might be needed. We had a tight schedule, and he gave us a team to do the job in our timeframe. At the start of work, all of the ACS team were polite, knowledgeable and I felt they were fully trustworthy. They created only a minimal amount of dirt, which they cleaned very thoroughly. They dealt with all small details carefully and completed the work on time. Overall, AC Solutions provided what in my experience was the highest possible level of service. The company went beyond my expectations, and even my wife, who has nightmares about building and engineering work in our house, was completely relaxed and happy. Fully exceptional, can-do culture.
