Various exterior works to a consistently high standard

Poor Service
Having sourced this Company through Trusted Traders on January 24th to look at a Guttering Leak we had emails between us with the trader saying he would visit on the following Thursday. He never appeared. So yesterday I emailed them again asking if they were still interested in the work , they replied to say yes and would visit between 10-11am this morning. They didn’t call.
Highly professional work undertaken on challenging roof repairs to a Victorian house.
From the outset and once scaffolding was erected,Tom and his crew explained in ways we could understand the work necessary for our roof repairs. They showed real professionalism and skill in undertaking the work with minimum fuss. The work was very competitively priced compared with other quotes and completed as per schedule. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Tom and Ace Exteriors to others.

He did a roof work for me including replacement of tiles, cementing ridge tiles and repointed the chimney. The price was reasonable compared to other quotes I had. He completed the work within the timeline as we agreed in the begining. Overall I am happy with the work and the price. I would recommend Tom.
