Florian explained that the new part was expensive and it was easier to replace the old boiler (it was 14 yrs old). When a van breakdown, meant it couldn't be fitted on the arranged date, they kept us informed and arranged for it to be fitted a couple of days later. Florian spent 4 1/2 hours on a Saturday morning taking out the old boiler and fitting the new one, including replacing some old pipework. A+ service.”
