Doug project manages a great team of professional, knowledgeable, tidy tradesmen-all of which have been extremely reliable, completing the work with care and to very high standards. Doug has had great communication with us throughout, giving advice and using his extensive experience to problem solve which was invaluable. He provided constant updates and was always available by phone or text. We really can’t find fault with any aspect of working with ACL and feel very lucky to have found a ‘good one’ amongst the numerous home improvement companies available. HIGHLY recommend Doug & ACL.
They turned up, did what they said they would do, kept communicating during the work, and cleaned up after themselves. Sounds simple, but becoming increasingly rare these days!
Two new doors had been fitted very badly and ACL was asked to re-do the work. That was done very well. There was also remedial work internally and to the brickwork, plus some internal painting.
