"Dougie came out on a Sunday when my old front door lock jammed , locking me out. He was pleasant , prompt and helpful. After ordering the new lock he returned to fit it . It took longer than expected but he did not make any additional charge. I would definitely recommend ACQ . I am in my 70's and live alone and can recommend Dougie with confidence as honest and reliable."
