As we did say happily we would have left without charging and told you this but you then requested that we replace a leaking mains stop valve that although detailed in your advert prior to our attendance you said that your builders were taking care of but at this point you said it’s dripping was causing damage and you needed something doing about it so would rather pay us as we were here anyway.

Adam was very polite and hard working and tidied up afterwards. One of the best tradesmen and I would definitely recommend him
