I recently needed some structural wall repairs done and got in touch with KB Contractors. From the start, Kane was incredibly patient and professional — he took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, no matter how many I had or when I called. Nothing was ever too much trouble. He also came out several times to assess things properly before starting the work, making sure I felt fully confident in the plan. That kind of attention and reassurance is rare these days, and it made a big difference. When it came to pricing, he was complete
Excellent Roughcasting Work – Professional from Start to Finish I had roughcasting work carried out by KB Contractors, and I’m extremely pleased with the end result. The team was prompt, professional, and well-organised throughout the entire job. The finish on the roughcast is absolutely spot-on — clean, consistent, and perfectly blended, giving the property a fresh, upgraded look. They took the time to properly prepare the surfaces beforehand and didn’t cut corners, which shows in the quality of the final result. Kane and the team also kept everything tidy, respectful of the surrounding areas, and made sure I was kept in the loop the whole way through. Had the guys from KB Contractors come out and give me a quote for a leak repair we’ve had for some time. Had multiple attempts to fix it, but none of the other roofers could. Kane and his team came out found the source of the leak and 3 weeks later can finally say it’s fixed. Definitely recommend this company and will be using them again!
KB Contractors visited to discuss what I was requiring, I had drawn paper vision. He gave me options & prices without no hard sale, which was great. We booked the date in the diary. When the lads arrived, they set straight to work. They were polite & didn’t mind me checking in as the build went along. They completed the work achieving the curved edge to patio to mirror the curvature of the house. Great full to the full team!! Would recommend.

Very poor work carried out by KB Contractors on the exterior of our house (cement wash). I contacted Kane on 23rd May about the issues that appeared after his work was done and was promised that I was on top of his list as I have a leaking house (cement wash was advertised as 'water resistant'). I have been waiting since Other issues worth mentioning: - letting me know it is a 'cash job' on the first day and asking for a £1500 deposit without agreeing beforehand -trying to avoid doing work described in the estimate
