"Adam did an excellent job. However, three mature silver birch trees that Adam planted never established themselves and all died within three months. Initially Adam acknowledged that I was not at fault for the trees dying and said that I would not go 'out of pocket'. However after several months he changed his view and said that he would not compensate me at all for the trees. He did say though that he would remove the dead trees for me. I continued to press for some compensation but Adam stopped responding to call and text messages. Adam has still not been in contact re:removing the trees."
