"When we woke this morning, there was a very loud rattling coming from our boiler. We could only stop it by running our hot tap until it ceased. Addheat came after about 3 hours and fixed it. Apparently there was too much mains water coming into the boiler and it couldn’t cope. Parts are needed but it was sorted for Christmas (almost). The next morning pressure had reduced to zero again and I couldn’t fix it. Within an hour the same guy came back and showed me what to do. Overall an excellent performance."

"Very professional, polite and considerate team. My young son found the noise of the drilling difficult to deal with so they let me know each time they were going to do something noisy so he could prepare himself. Also worked late on the first of two days of fitting to ensure we heat at night. Boiler fitted and working as expected since."
