Addison Glass & Windscreens Ltd

I had a new windscreen fitted to my Fiesta by Addison Glass and Windscreens, The Pines, Guildford. Their service from start to finish was 2nd to none. Adrian was extremely helpful to diagnose the problem and the guy from the North East (whose name I don’t know) made an excellent job of fitting it. I would definitely recommend this company, they were professional and efficient throughout. So refreshing these days ! 10 out of 10.

We had a problem (their fitter didn’t ‘sheet up’ / clear up & made a mess - putty spots trodden in, glass shards everywhere) with a small job (replacing 3 panes of glass in a porch). Tried getting the company to take the problem seriously (as they’ve always been good before) but they failed to - so we wouldn’t use them again OR recommend them ! (they initially offered to clean up for us - then realised it was too ‘specialist’ a clean up job for them … so, why not only use fitters that always ‘sheet up’ in the first place ??). They seemed to think we were after money off: we weren’t !!

I had a tricky window problem and Addison were extremely prompt and helpful in getting it sorted. They also spent quite a bit of time trying to fix an issue that ultimately couldn’t be fixed, and they didn’t charge me anything for their time. It’s refreshing to find a company these days that would be happy to spend a lot of time trying to fix something and to then not charge for their time. Thank you guys, I’ll be back next time, hopefully with something more straightforward!
