"Adrian came out to check my electric fan oven after it was seeming quite noisy. He was very polite, friendly and kept a clean workspace. He spent time talking to me about the appliance whilst he took the oven out of the kitchen unit, checked it over and replaced the fan. The oven was put back into the built-in unit and tested further to ensure it was all working properly. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him. Top bloke :)"
