He's very efficient and knowledgeable in not only eliminating the problem but also in investigating (checking loft + outdoor routes) and blocking the means of entry. He was extremely diligent by returning some days after the job to check whether his 'entry blocking ' was still holding and by messaging to check whether any tell-tale noises or other evidence detected (which it was not). He also adjusted other appointments around Christmas to get the job done in time. I highly recommend Graham, 100% pro."
