We had a problem with the washing machine triping the whole house and they attended within the hour, carried out a thorough diagnostic and identified the fault. We had a very good chat about the economics of repair on an appliance that was 8 years old and decided to buy a new one. This will be installed by Friday at the latest and the old machine safely disposed of; the price was very competitive. We cannot thank them enough for the speed and quality of service, highly recommended”
