“The booking and paying process was easy and efficient. The engineer who came to the property was excellent, he was pleasant and very knowledgeable and was able to determine the issues very quickly. Unfortunately he assessed quite rightly that due to the Fridge Freezer age he was unable to identify any suppliers of parts for it. He did try several alongside me but to no avail. This was disappointing but understandable and on reporting back to his leadership team about what he found and his thoughts the response back to me was exceptional. They delivered excellent customer care with integrity.”
