Steve did an amazing job! From messaging, organizing the quote, arriving & completing the job was just first class! Steve’s EA detail is second to none, the job was completed within four hours with no mess and all rubble and woodwork removed from the property. I cannot recommend Stephen enough and will certainly be keeping his number for future work.

The company advised that an injection damp course was needed for rising and penetrative damp. This work was carried out, with a ten year guarantee should the damp return. Three weeks later we found damp seeping through multiple areas where they had treated the walls. We have made five seperate appointments for the company to attend and remedy the work, and on all five occasions they did not turn up, and did not respond to texts and messages. We have now had a full damp survey carried out, and the qualified professional has informed us that the work carried out by the company was incorrect.

While we were initially impressed with the work carried out especially the quality of the plaster work, 6 months later the damp returned and on contacting Mr mealing our requests for him to return to rectify the problem were not responded to. We have since had a damp survey carried out which suggested at best the work carried out would never have solved the issue and at worst may even have made it worse therefore the almost £600 we paid was a waste.
