Bathroom changed to a wet room. Chap doing the work was amazing. Tidy, clean. Aware that losing your bathroom is not the easiest room to go without for very short amount of times. Would happily have him back to do any other work.
Dave and Franco carried out our work, which another builder messed up. I was very impressed with Dave. So much so that we have had further work carried out

Clive and Gau From Braintree wanted to convert a small area of their property to build a downstairs toilet and shower room. They employed a local builder, paid a deposit went on holiday only to find the builder worked 1 day caused so much damage then disappeared . They were devastated Clive got in contact we put everything right and with only a small area built a fully tiled ground floor shower room with toilet and basin. Drainage had to be corrected and all within building control regulations. They were very happy with the end result especially the downstairs toilet having 2 children.
I would recommend AE Contractors Ltd 100%. Very friendly, pleasant, their tidiness and cleanliness is 100%

Excellent work, reliable, personal service. All workmen did the job to a high standard, were courteous and left everything clean and in waking order.
I would like to thank Dave and his fantastic team for the work carried out on my house. My house now looks like new, and really appreciate the hard work that went into getting the end result, which included filling hundreds of cracks, sealing and painting. Also new guttering and making good and painting facias. All the team were very friendly with great professional work ethic and attention to detail. I have no hesitation in recommending Dave and his team, and already booking further work with them.
Kate and I would like to thank you and your team for the careful and skillful way you have remodelled our kitchen and dining area. We are delighted with the result. All the tradesmen took care to discuss our detailed requirements, and were able to offer useful advice based on their experience. We have no hesitation in recommending you and your company.
Removal of bath convert to accessible shower room. Just seen my mum and dads new shower room and literally I do not know what to say. It is just amazing and cannot thank you enough for what you have done for them As a family we are so very grateful it will make an enormous difference to their lives.
AE Contractors were fabulous, really pleased with the end result- would highly recommend these professional workers to anyone.

New en-suite - We are thrilled with everything. The finish is superb from every angle and the attention to even the smallest detail is to be commended. We cannot fault the dedication and work ethic of Dave and his friendly, excellent workmen. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
First class, so pleased with my bathroom. Clean, tidy- such good work. Believe me, you need this company!

It was a pleasure carrying out this project for John and Patti, a lovely couple from Braintree . John had difficulty accessing the bath so we removed it then installed a full length, non-slip, low level shower tray with a 10mm safety glass screen with bespoke floor to ceiling grab pole . Creating a contemporary stylish accessible shower room.
Excellent quality of work and customer service.

Thanks for your review Fred Our customer from Colchester had a dark, damp basement the walls were letting in water and mould was everywhere . Using the sika render 3 coat system we converted the basement into a completely water tight damp free living space and office .
Would definitely recommend AE contractors & use them again ourselves. From the first contact, they came straight back to us. Dave then visited the next day, he understood exactly what we needed. After a quote we was happy with, they started right away, we had previously been let down with no starters. It was very clear that the quality of work and the best looking outcome was very important to them. The tiler, was very talented at what he did, & we are so pleased with what he did. All plumbers; Dave, tiler arrived when they said, finished all jobs they said, made us feel very easy to have in our home with a child, they was very clean & tidy. It was lovely too see pride in the job they was doing. We are extremely happy & grateful!
