I dealt with Jamie who arrange the appointment with me and considered my timescale and needs at all times then Tony arrived to complete the survey and answer my ridiculous amount of questions which he done without breaking a sweat, finally George and Chris completed the work both were very professional, tidy and efficient. All for gentlemen I dealt with were courteous and very well presented and made what I thought would be a nightmare of a job very easy and plain sailing. They even dealt with the DNO and fuse upgrade. AES are the team for heat pumps!!”
