I originally approached Alex because he seemed like an expert in Bespoke and Moroccan tiling - and I was not disappointed! Alex is extremely knowledgeable about his craft and was able to rectify the problem. He also went beyond the call of duty by helping me identify where the damp was coming from structurally. Alex‘s communication is excellent and he is the most friendly and charming guy. 10/10!!"
