Good communication from this company. Always been fair in their dealings with me as a customer. Their work is good. I would recommend this company.
Having used AGH services several times I would vouch for their professionalism and quality of work. We have used them for servicing of private drainage chamber pumps and also for the residents’ company to clear roadside gullies. Andrew and Aimee are very easy to deal with, offer great advice however small or large the issue is and they are supported by a team of hard working operators who get the job done, whatever may be involved. We consider AGH to be very collaborative partners for any of our drainage requirements as they offer peace of mind and the utmost reliability when it comes to making appointments and performing the agreed work. Obviously some work is unpredictable and when unexpected issues arise, AGH offer very fair and practical solutions putting the customer needs first. They are also very competitive on costs having market teated them against various operators in a wide radius from home. We are very fortunate that they also happen to be a local company and also operate nationwide.
They have done a few jobs for me including clearing a septic tank and carrying out a couple of surveys. I trust them to do the work, and have recommended them already. They are always polite and friendly, and will go out of their way to help if they can. They are reasonably priced too.
Following the initial telephone call a prompt appointment was made and the operative arrived on time and completed the work to my satisfaction.

I have used AGH services now for 3 years since moving to the area. They service and maintain our individual pumping station and motors for the household waste system. In addition they have inspected and helped clear blockages that were present from previous owners. My experience has been completely positive, I have total confidence in their skills and experience in this area. They are clearly experts in drainage systems from design solutions all the way through to installation and maintenance. They always answer the telephone or call back and are very responsive to customer needs.

If you need anything to do with drains and sewerage treatment tanks then look no further than AGH. Very professional set up with very experienced workforce mangaged by the owner. Family run business that understands the true meaning of customer service. Very capable in all aspects of civil engineering and groundworks with all the right resources to back them up. Very good on the maintenance and service work for all aspects of water and sewerage works. Highly recomended.

The company arrived when requested and carried out the required procedures promptly and thoroughly. All company personnel on site were good humoured and courteous. They couldn’t be faulted.
