Great work
Where to start...they came last night and fitted my new oven but it's not even been 24hrs and it's not working. I asked advise from the installer but he said it's probably a fuse and told me to unscrew the oven and take it out myself and check the fuse, which I can not do! It took him and another man to move the oven but yet I'm meant to pull it out and check the fuse on my own? Refused to come back and check it for me, now wondering if he even fitted it properly in the first time! He was in a major rush, couldn't wait to do the job and leave, wouldn't give a receipt or certificate!

Polite and friendly. Arrived Much later than quoted . Pipe used a little unsightly and not the same as original, but ok. Temp control came off once they had left but messaged them and received immediate response as to how to fix it myself.

Malcolm and his team did a fantastic job - they tried a number of different solutions and went to extra effort, picked up parts quickly and solved what turned out to be the final problem with our boiler within hours of diagnosis. Also really friendly and attentive service. I highly recommend Agree.

Horrible people to deal with and money hungry.Have no interest in doing a good job the way you want. Listening and communication skills 0 And obviously nothing done is their fault. Just please be aware, don’t understand how such people are still in business.Anyway, you have been warned. Use at your own risk. Malik is also very rude, blames it on language barrier, but that is not the case. Asked to explain how the valve works and was told by him “not explaining because you dnt understand”! They lie and try make the customer feel like it’s all their fault and they are doing a favour for them

Agree came out to sort a few jobs in a tenants property, Malcolm was able to confirm a cost to complete before proceeding and kindly collected a new rad and components to be installed. Both the tennant and I were happy with their services
