On inspection, Tony quickly identified that the problem was insufficient silicon between the shower tray and tiles - so a much cheaper fix than tile/tray replacement. Tony's response to my enquiry was super-quick, he arrived (for both the initial quote and the subsequent work) on time and was very friendly and professional. Very happy with the work, and would hesitate to use Tony again, and very happy to recommend him."
