We'd had our old cooker condemned on the Tuesday afternoon which is when we contacted him - we were going to be taking delivery of a new cooker on the Thursday so wanted someone as soon as possible. He thought he might be able to fit us in on the Friday - confirmed on the Wednesday and messaged Friday morning with the time of arrival. It wasn't as straightforward as we hoped as new fittings were needed (they had been left on the old cooker - our fault). Aden was so helpful - everything was done in just over an hour. He was very thorough"

"We had our boiler serviced by Aden as a recommendation from Vailliant. He turned up when he said and charged us what he quoted. While he was here we had a discussion about some other issues we had with water pressure and limescale. He made some suggestions and we went with it. We now have a pump fitted and an Aquabion water conditioner. The difference the pump made was fantastic and since having the Aquabion our bathroom is much easy to clean! It has also stopped the scale round the taps which is very impressive. We have already booked Aden back in for this July! Fantastic work, a proper gent!"
