This trader was called to remove the filter from washing machine as it was blocked and creating a small leak. The engineer removed the blockage and told us we needed a new pump which was agreed. The engineer seemed to struggle to fit said pump and left with a non working washing machine and water in the drum. The trader insisted that the fault can’t be anything he’d done and said a further call out of £89. I called on my return as my mother had been dealing with it as I was away and he said he’d take a look but can’t be anything they’d done and my washing machine couldn’t of been working properly in the first place ( it was albeit a small leak) I called another supplier who visited and fixed the error which was an incorrectly installed pump all along. The trader was unprofessional. He should have come out to check his engineer work.

From the first phone call I felt I was in safe hands. I was given an appointment within a couple of hours of my call. When Moses arrived he was calm and assessed the situation easily, reassuring me that he could help. He found a temporary solution to the problem, which enabled me to continue to use the fridge whilst he sourced the part to make a permanent repair. I was so grateful. I will definitely use this company again.
