Luke and Anthony were very personable, professional and knowledgeable, and able to repair a broken window lock speedily and on the initial visit. Very impressed and grateful to have found this company and thank you for a great job. Did find the cost a little higher than what I thought it would be, but not overly excessive.
A&L Window Repairs replaced a fogged-up double-glazed window for us. They were friendly and very efficient, if a bit curt/concise in their online communication. As they had forewarned us, it took some 10 days to order the windowpane of the right size, but then they did their work very fast and neat, and the result looks perfect. They were also extremely good value, as I received a quote from another contractor closer by that was more than twice what we paid, and also other quotes were significantly higher. Highly recommended, both for quality of work and value-for-money.
I needed a replacement sealed unit, replacement hinges on a different window and a couple of new handles. The guys were friendly, knowledgeable and gave an efficient service from initial enquiry through to completion. I would recommend.

Vito has repaired 2 of our windows now, would not use anyone else. He is good value, a lovely guy, flexible, polite and trustworthy. Does a great job. Would highly recommend.
Very helpful and speedy repair to two double glazed window handles/locks which had broken. Very pleased.
The problem was a broken lock on a double glazed window. The guys turned up on time, were very efficient in carrying out the work (even though the location of the window was quite difficult to reach), left no mess and we are very happy with the results. I would thoroughly recommend the company.

The job was to replace a large patio door double glazed unit that had blown. Vito turned up on time for both the survey visit and to replace the unit. He managed to do the job without the need to remove the security grill. He did the job quickly and was polite. I did some research before and his price was around the going rate, and cheaper than some.
Excellent workers. Very friendly, helpful and we are very grateful to them.
