"Alan was recommended by a good buddy of mine who has had excellent service from him. My job was a horrible one. A very inaccessible leak between the mains water coming in and the internal pipework. A couple of other plumbers had politely turned down the opportunity to quote me. I had been ‘without water’ and turning it off and on again in the road to fill the loo, my buckets and a sink full of hot water for about a month. Including over Christmas. Alan took the job on. Daylan the engineer arrived mid afternoon and got straight to work identifying the problem with the boiler. He sorted the issue whilst explaining what was happening and why we were getting a leak.
