"Work seemed to be of a high quality initially but I had to ask for them to return to correctly install the down pipes at both the front and rear of the house as these were leaking with the first rainfall following their replacement. A few months later, two of the dry verge caps fell off during moderate winds. I asked them on a number of occasions over a period of 6 months to come and carry out the work and was fobbed off on every occasion until they stopped communicating with me. I have now had to pay for another company to carry out the work which was covered by their 10 year guarantee"
