Replace all carpets with laminate/vinyl+other work. A very professional refurbishment job done in good time. Simon and Nick were very pleasant to deal with. They were always willing to do extra work not in original estimate. They also did electrical and plumbing work.I was happy with the price I paid. Their floor laying skills were more impressive than the all of the floor fitters I have used in the past. I would highly recommend them.

I had Albany’s paint all the rooms in my house, all walls, ceilings, doors, radiators and skirting boards were done to such a high standard I am so happy with it! The work was done within the agreed time frame and price, they even did it with my 5 month old puppy in the house! The team were very polite and tidy, they kept me up to date with what they were doing each day. They also changed they shelves in my front room and bathrooms. After bad experiences with other unfriendly and unprofessional builders I am so happy to have found Albanys and will 100% be using them again!

2 bed flat - complete refurbishment We hired Albany for a complete refurbishment of our flat in July 2019. The job started on time and was completed with no delays or undue fuss. The quality of work was absolutely fine. We made a few variation orders along the way, none of which were a problem for the contractors (as can sometimes be the case). I personally spent 15 years in construction management before my retirement. Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending Albany as reliable and sensible builders for this sort of project and will definitely use them again if I have further requirements. Mike
