“Straight talking and effective! Gary came by as promised to offer advice on a Saturday(!) for an emergency situation where we feared we had a leak in our roof causing kitchen electrics to fault. Gary was on time and very professional, and listened close when I explained the problem. He was determined to understand the root cause and made his way out of the children's bedroom window to inspect the roof, which he said was not in need of repair. He found the problem in building works next door, even speaking to the owner to set out what needed to be fixed. Saved us loads of money and hassle.”
