Jake is very experienced, and nice locksmith. Did everything very quickly, clean and gave extra advice on other locks and general security of the premises. Went above and beyond of what I expected.
Jake was very easy to communicate with, giving a clear and reasonable quote, and responding promptly to Checkatrade messages and texts. He was able to do the job as an emergency (out of hours) if required, but we opted for a booked daytime visit. He came on time, was courteous and did the job quickly and efficiently.
