Unfortunately during a move of my father in law to York we lost his key to his old home in Eltham. We had arranged to return to London to have his house cleared and hand the keys back to the landlord. Losing the keys was a major concern. After checking Which’s trusted traders we contacted Stelios. We were so relieved we did. Stel immediately allayed our concerns he explained the documents I would need to provide to allow him to get into the property. He was so assured and sounded so confident that what seemed like a major problem was simple to fix. We explained that we would be travelling to London by train the following week at which point we needed access to the house. He set up a provisional appointment and asked us to keep him informed of our arrival time. Before we left York he called us to check in which made us feel positive. On the journey we updated him at various points and when we arrived at the house in Eltham he was with us within minutes. He was very courteous. Professional and friendly as he got to work. He full checked my documents to ensure I was entitled to access the house. He worked quickly and opened the door. We had arranged to change the lock but he said that was not necessary it would be a waste of our money. We were so delighted that we picked Stel his service, work and attitude were first class. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Stel it was a genuine pleasure doing business with him.

Locksmith attended quickly and did a very nice job for a reasonable price. I was very pleased and my uPVC door is now smooth where it was stuck.

Stel replaced a failed front door lock at my Mum’s house. The job was carried out very efficiently / professionally and I’d have no hesitation in recommending All City Locksmiths to others.

The door going to our balcony was left unlocked by our departing tenant and I could not find the only key. So, to secure the property I called All City Locksmiths. They were quick to come and discovered the key had been broken within the lock. He changed the cylinder and left 5 keys. All done in about 15 minutes. reasonable price.

We needed the double glazing glass units replaced in 3 of our windows as they had failed with age. I called All City Locksmiths as they offered this service. From the get go they were very helpful and made sure that the job went smoothly. The work was carried out to a very good standard and we would definitely use them again.
