We had a good experience working with All Dry Damp Proofing. Communication was good. We were really happy with the work, the property was well looked after. All Dry Damp Proofing covered all the carpets and kept the mess to a minimum. All works were well explained.
Tenants at one of our managed properties reported an issue with damp, which we addressed. We instructed a local Damp proofing company, ALL DRY DAMPPROOFING, to carry out a survey at the property (at considerable expense) and advise on the problem. The survey was carried out and the Landlord subsequently agreed for the necessary work to be done as per the damp report. The work was completed and the bill was paid. A short time after the tenant contacted to inform us that the damp had returned in the same area. All Dry Dampproofing refused to re-visit without paying for another survey
