Highlights

"Everything went very well. Brian inspected the 6m x 4m flat roof and saw evidence that some boards were damaged, and he was proven right. Then there was a price negotiation and it went well. Then a team of two came just after 8am and we were almost in awe that they did such a good quality job in 8.5 hours, keeping house disruptions to a minimum. And work comes with a 10 year guarantee. Overall, we got a very good blend of price, quality and speed."

"Mike responded the same day to my email and arrived with his team the next day and set about checking out my initial problem, but discovered further work needed: ridge tiles resetting and chimney repointing. The leak was identified and the remedy proposed was a new roof on the conservatory and additional guttering to divert main roof water into main drainage rather than soak away. I agreed with these 'extras' except 3\4 of the new roof would use reclaimed good existing tiles. The quote was not cheap, but not unusual because checking a roof, particularly on a biggish house, is not a DIY job!"
