“We outlined work and discussed it with Ashley, who made suggestions. No salesmanship or overbearing attitude. We agreed a specification and he emailed a detailed, transparent costing. Work took less time than had been estimated, so Ashley – not at our suggestion – voluntarily took a tidy sum off the bill. How honest is that? During the work, Ashley took time out to explain progress – you can work with him. Would be happy to employ him again.”
