Dan and his team did a full renovation and extension for us, and we’re thrilled with the results. Dan is passionate about his work, truly takes pride in every detail, and was incredibly conscientious throughout. He genuinely cared that we were 100% happy and wouldn’t rest until everything was just right. The whole team was skilled, trustworthy, and a pleasure to have around. Matt is an excellent and extremely honourable builder. He is a man true to his word, honest and courteous.The work he carried out for us was excellent - quickly and efficiently done and we had hoped to have him renovate our house completely but, unfortunately due a family illness, we had to cancel the arrangement. And even then, Matt was courteous and polite. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Please do not hesitate to hire him for any kind of work.

I used Allen Building for a double storey side/single storey back extension. Matthew and his team thoroughly deserve their 5 star rating. From the start of the job they were punctual, helpful with suggestions on undecided aspects of the work and very reasonable in cost. I did not have to chase them and our work was carried out without any issues whatsoever and in the time frame required. I will be using them again in the future and would absolutely recommend their services. A really good job all round!

Daniel's team have done a few jobs for me over the years, going back a few years he fixed a roof for me last minute when I sprang a leak and everyone was trying to extort me. He's taken on a few jobs for me at work and is now also fitting new gates to my house with the view to doing further jobs including a bathroom and a fireplace rip out ready for a burner install and he is arranging the hetas engineer. Always found him reliable, trustworthy and reasonably priced! I always ring a few times as he's always on the tools himself so don't give up after a ring!

The scope of work was extensive, including structural changes, plastering and paintwork, a full electrical upgrade, bathroom installation and fireplace enhancements and every element was delivered to an exceptional standard. What truly sets Daniel and his team apart is their mindset: real pride in their work, genuine care, and a commitment to doing things properly and to the highest possible standard. Communication was excellent throughout, the pricing was fair and transparent, and the whole experience was professional, stress-free, and exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend.
