Allen landscaping have quoted us for 56 square meters of grass. He took the deposit (material cost) based on this area. He ordered 24 square meters and had to borrow a further 6 from another job. He laid 30 square meters (he didn’t check our measurements which were clearly way off but instead ‘paced it’ and didn’t change the quote to his new estimation of 6 x 4) He hasn’t used any joining tape or glue and has sectioned in the pieces using galvanised nails into sand which won’t hold securely, he has also put the nails into shingle in some places. He hasn’t used enough sand underneath.
