Despite repeated requests, chasing , phone calls and e-mails over the last 4 months and several promises of dates when the work was to be undertaken, this company missed every promised appointment. There have been no reasons given for missing the appointments, no feedback and no apology. I would certainly not recommend Alrite Roofing due to their unreliability and lack of customer communication. We are now decided another company who we trust will be professional and more reliable.
