We are absolutely over the moon with the exceptional work done by Peter and the team/Alpha BC on our Commercial shop extension. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly tidy. The quality of craftsmanship is superb, with a fantastic attention to detail. Communication was clear and friendly throughout the entire process. It was a genuine pleasure to work with such a trustworthy and skilled builder. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend their services without any reservation!

We engaged Alpha BC Ltd in Dec25 to remediate and continue extension works previously started by another builder.We paid a total of £42k for labour only with final payment made on5Dec25.After final payment, the company owner stated that the company would not be completing the remaining agreed works. As of 7Jan26, the project remained unfinished.Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, we were unable to reach an agreement with them.Due to time constraints, we have arranged for other trades to complete the work. We are exploring formal options to resolve the matter. Any advise is welcome
