"we had a great experience with this company. the engineer was prompt, friendly and thorough and kept me informed throughout, even navigating an anxious dog who had to be moved between rooms so he could get to every radiator! the invoice amount was adhered to and I had a call before the engineer arrived to let me know he was on the way. all in all great service and would recommend"

"The company did a good job waiting until all the radiators had been received from their suppliers, so that there would be no interruptions during installation activities. However, only about 5 hours of work was done each day, due to child care needs; this was not advised in advance. This meant that the installation activities went on for 4 days, leaving the house colder for 4 days. There were some problems noticed subsequently with a leak on one radiator, and the boiler cutting out at the boiler thermostat max setting; which had not happened previously. Now more works need to be done."

The company did a good job waiting until all the radiators had been received from their suppliers, so that there would be no interruptions during installation activities.
