"When you use new tradespeople (especially in a new house and in a new area) you definitely worry that they might not turn up, won’t be reliable, won’t reply to messages etc. Thankfully, Mars and Lucien do none of those things. They turn up on time, always respond to messages and calls and advise on arrival time morning of/night before work booked. We’ve been very happy with their quality of work and they’re polite and affable when here and with other tradespeople working at the same time. We are pleased we booked them originally and will be doing so again. Would definitely recommend."
