"I cannot say enough about the awesome service received. Karen reached out to me almost as soon as I posted my issue. I was told an engineer would be with between 5.30 and 6.00 the same day. As soon as it was apparent there was going to be a timing issue, both Karen and Simon, the engineer assigned, were reaching out to keep me updated. Simon diagnosed and fixed the issue in no time flat. I would highly recommend Amalfi and looking forward to working with them again. The best customer service."
