We have used Mark several times. This time he diagnosed the problem with a very noisy shower and then replaced it. Mark is reliable, always returns calls, can immediately give an appointment time which he keeps and has a high standard of workmanship. We are very pleased to know a plumber who will sort out the smaller plumbing problems as well as the larger ones and would not hesitate to recommend him.
