Andy did a good job considering the access was difficult. Leak under the kitchen sink has been fixed Andy was friendly and competent.
Had another company muck me about .contacted Andy and shower replacement was ordered and fitted next day . No fuss quick and easy
Andy performed a boiler service, resolving an issue causing high pressure. He provided excellent service and I'll be bringing him back for next year as well

Pleased with work, price as well as prompt communication.
Andy’s response to the issue with my boiler-failure was swift. On a cold Friday evening he extended his working day to expertly resolve a rather tricky problem. Hugely appreciated!
Andy was amazing where it came to the actual work - incredibly thorough, competent, professional and left no stone unturned. He was working from someone else's assessment of the work required which turned out to be incorrect and was very transparent about what was incorrect and how it needed to be rectified. He also reduced his original quote accordingly to account for the things that didn't need to be done. I very much appreciated his helpful tutorial about the nature of the breakdowns and the repairs required. I would not hesitate a moment to recommend or use Andy's services again. I hope for an improvement next time where it comes to keeping the confirmed appointment time. However, here is a very happy customer based on the result and looking forward to our future experience together.
Andy was very flexible to accommodate the appointment to our request. He completed the service of our Worcester Bosch boiler. Andy is very kind and professional. We will call him again
Andy, is hard working and very continuous and has a high standard of quality of work.
Andy was very polite and knew what he was doing. He carried out a complete boiler clean which our previous heating engineers never mentioned. We thought we had a pressure problem as kept losing pressure and having no hot water but after the clean through, this had so far seems to have solved the problem. I would definitely recommend him.

Andy was highly knowledgeable and professional. Having just moved into my new home, Bosch recommended him for sorting out the issue with my WorcesterBosch Boiler. He was highly diligent in sussing and sorting my present issue. I have arranged for him to return to address some other issues in my home.
Took a couple of visits to diagnose and fix the problem but Andy tried to minimise the cost on his first trip. Suspect this meant we paid more in total but I'm happy with the service we received. Would get him back the next time we have an issue.
