excellent company to deal with Chris was punctual and very nice
Candice at AMS pest control could not have been more helpful. After sending a photo she identified a bee swarm and told me to leave alone as the bees would disappear within twenty four hours. No need for any further action but asked me to contact her again if there were any further problems. Superb service. The swarm duly left out garden later the same day.
Chris was excellent in identifying our problem. Gave expert advice on the measures required to resolve the problem particularly as we live in the countryside. His knowledge was impressive and we are really grateful for his help in not only dealing with the problem but also putting in place measures to ensure that we done all that is possible to stop the problem returning. Would highly recommend Chris to anyone without hesitation a really nice guy as well .
Both Chris and Candice make a great team. Candice booked Chris to come and do a survey of our garden quickly and efficiently. Chris arrived on time, was incredibly patient, as I was terrified of having rats in our back garden, he was reassuring, informative, absolutely nothing was too much trouble, one fee for as many visits as needed, and explained clearly how to keep rats away after the process. Would thoroughly recommend AMS pest control.

Came out with little notice and surveyed the house, helped us identify the problem and didn’t recommend further work that saved us some money (we were able to keep on top of it ourselves with his guidance) would use again.
Both the lady on the phone and the man who came to my house were excellent. They were very quick, slotted me in as quickly as they could, and were really informative. Both were lovely. Thank you!

Good and fast communication very reassuring
I discovered a squirrel (s) had set up a home in my loft. I contacted this company and arranged a visit. Chris was extremely efficient, checked the loft and gave his recommendations. Over several visits, the problem was eradicated. It took a while but I arranged to get the roof protected which resulted in a final visit to check all was good. One price covered all the visits. I can thoroughly recommend this company.
Chris from AMS came out when we realised we had a rodent issue in our loft. Chris stuck with us through the process, removed the rodents but continued to visit whilst we got the access point closed via a drain company recommended by Chris. Very knowledgable and good value for money.
