“Was extremely happy with the quality of work. A little early on arrival but not an issue as I had taken of the whole day, but wasn't ready when they did arrive. Excellent work, fixed issue that previous company had charged over £400 for and had not sorted. Was done in about an hour, very polite and explain everything thoroughly. Would recommend and use again.”

I waited 2 months for a quote which I was always told was coming. Had a no show for a scheduled appointment with the MD with no explanation or apology. Eventually found out through electrical side that the plumbing side had ceased trading. A call would have taken 2 minutes.
